Originally, I had take my car to another dealer to get chipped. What a mistake that was. First thing that happened was CEL light. Researched and called up George from tunedub, he recommended the unitronic stage 1+ chip upgrade. Sounds good, and he fixed my CEL light for cheap! I'm impressed, I now have a hot fast beetle @ 225 hp/250 torque. woo hooo!

First time Audi owner, had a tranni job done as well as some other things. Everything was done within days, got a great deal on a good tranni. Rates were very competitive, but most of all service was extraordinary, George is very accommodating and was willing to do whatever he could to get me on my way as soon as possible. I've been to many different mechanics and none of them can compare to Tunedub, I'll definitely be back.

Was told about George and Tunedub by a co-worker. Brought my Jetta in to have the timing belt changed. Great work, definitely cheaper than the dealers. Now he is working on another issue, the ASR has stopped working. Looks like the diagnosis from the dealership was not correct and George is now looking at it. Tunedub will get all my business from now on.

Heard about George & Tunedub from a friend.Had timing belt,water pump and related items replaced,also had low heat output at idle, George/service techs check and found problem to be the blocked heater core,flushed, heat problem solved.Excellent service,knowledgeable fair price will be using Tunedub in the future

2000 Passat & 2005 Touareg

I needed major front end work on the Passat and the work was done fast and price was reasonable. I then had a misfire in my Touareg. I phoned George and he said to pop over. It was faulty coil packs. George had me in and out within an hour. He did the work himself. I will take my VWs to Tunedub from now on. Highly recommended!!

Well I tried replacing the cam chain tensioner seal by my self, and ended up braking a part of the top shoe. That was it, so I called up George, he was very helpful, turned out he had a new one in stock so I towed it to tune dub. Service was great, friendly and fast. George and his whole shop gets my full recommendation and thanks for the great service.

1992 VW Golf

After many negative experiences with other mechanics, I found George at TuneDub. I dropped it off in the morning before my shift (9-6). It needed rear wheel bearings, reverse light switch, brake lines, adjusted shift knob linkage, alternator properly remounted with new belt, spark plug replacements and many other things as well. I received a phone call around 4 pm letting me know that everything was done. I was shocked. I figured it would have taken longer, but not these guys. I went to start the car after paying for the service, but it didn't start. I talked to George, and he IMMEDIATELY fixed some loose/frayed cables on the battery and sent me on my way. I was completely stunned. Nobody has cared about my vehicle like this before!! My Golf has 525,000 km on it, and it runs absolutely amazing. I plan on driving it for a LONG time. I will be getting my 2005 A4 and my 1991 Passat Wagon serviced here later on as well.

I had heard about Tunedub through the grapevine and some forums. I had drove over 2 hours to get to Calgary and have my timing belt and associated parts and fuel filter changed. They had it done in under 5 hours. And fair priced! With over 255,000km's on my Golf now it still drives fantastic. Great job guys.

My Jetta was overheating. George found a leaky hose and a cracked water pump - he was able to replace the parts very quickly and at a very fair price. But what really impressed me was that without me even asking and without charge he fixed the temperature gauge and some loose plastic panels under the engine. Many thanks!

In the last few months have used George's shop for a number of repairs to the my S6, sorting out some items for my old A4, and today sent my wife over with her GTI. Have used audi and vw dealers and specialty 3rd party shops in both Edmonton and Calgary and no question that quality and service at Tunedub is far and away superior. Absolutely beyond what I have dealt with anywhere. Complete confidence in recommending this shop to anyone. Extremely accomodating, fast turn around, and very clear on what does and does not need doing, and when. Pricing was significantly better than estimates from the dealers. Go nowhere else. Ken

George is the guy to go to! You can ask him anything and he'll tell you right on the spot what he can do and what he can't and he doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He replaced my coolant temp sensor and my bushings. I dropped it off at 8.30 and was done by 11.30. REALLY FAST and excellent work! NEVER EVER will i go to the dealership in my life. George is the kind mechanic you've always dreamed/wished to have. Will def go back to tunedub and get more work done. Next will be a chip and slamming my VDUB

George is great. I have gone to him for simple things like oil changes and flushes, as well as more intense things like a clutch replacement and he ahs always been great. I am used to having to leavemy car at the dealer for days on end and never hearing a word but George is always done fast and keeps you in tehe loop on whats happening with your car. I've only had my servicing done at Tunedub. Shopped around, and what I found was (Prices won't be applicable to today's market as this was from 2 years ago) Dealer cost $235 Dealer wait would be 2 months Various other shops cost $180 with a wait of 2 weeks Tunedub cost $90 (because I had my own filter) with no wait. The other specialty shops wouldn't let me use the filter I'd already purchased (from the dealer). George not only let me use it, but knocked down his price accordingly. I came for the cheaper cost, and was baffled at the amazing service. Included the servicing inspections with the oil changes. Quality business.

I was in a rush to get the timing belt on my 01' TDI changed before leaving town for an extended period of time. Georges schedule was pretty full with previous bookings but he was kind enough to squeeze me in one day. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready for pickup by 1pm. Super quick, friendly, and knowledgable. Will definately recommend Tunedub to other VW owners for their maintainence/repairs.

My driver side window detached and my water pump went on the same day. Dropped it off at 8AM and picked it up at 4PM. Could not be happier, especially after dealing with Southcentre for three years.
